New Horizons Concert Information Sheet

When is the rehearsal Sunday morning?

We will be holding a rehearsal in the Mcknight Center from 10am to 12pm on Sunday October 20th (the day of the concert)

Will there be lunch?

Please arrange your own lunch for this event. 

What is the call time for the event? 

Please be at the concert at 2:30pm, the starting time of the event. 

How long will the concert be?

The current length of this concert is approximately 80 minutes long. 

How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased through the McKnight Center website.

How much does the music cost and when do we recieve it?

The whole packet of music is 13 dollars and will be collected in the form of cash on the day of the concert. A packet with your music will be at Sunday morning's rehearsal.  

What works are we required to learn?

  • Unclouded Day arranged by Kirschner

Do the pieces need to be memorized?

No, you are welcome to use the music in performance. 

Will there be a reception?

Yes we will be holding a recpetion after the concert from 4-5pm. 

Who will be conducting?

Dr.Stroope will be conducting along with former OSU Director Dr. Jerry McCoy.
